All in-stock orders placed on our online store are despatched within 2 business days (excluding weekends or CZ holidays), from our EU warehouse.

All pre-orders have their estimated wait times listed in the product description. This date is an estimation of when your purchase will be back in stock and shipped to you.

Use your PayPal account to submit payment. The PayPal allows you to pay also with your credit or debit card, even without a PayPal account.

If you have a credit card or debit card, you can pay directly via Mastercard, VISA or Apple Pay. You can also pay in Euro via a SEPA bank transfer.

For shipments to Switzerland, Norway and Liechtenstein, prices on the invoice will be provided without tax (No VAT). The local import Taxes and/or Customs duties may be applied for the purchase.

Orders are sent and delivered via GLS; you'll receive a tracking number once your order leaves our distribution centre for use use on the courier's website.
