What devices can I pair my REALTEUS® ForceFeel pad to?
You can connect your REALTEUS® ForceFeel pad directly to your PC. The exclusive applications, ForceFeel Control Center and SimShaker are compatible with Windows, and they can create an individualized experience from many racing and flight simulation games for every user.
In the Sound Capture Mode, REALTEUS® ForceFeel processor retrieves low-frequency sounds via a 3.5mm jack input. This allows the REALTEUS® ForceFeel to be connected with any PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone.

Is the "Elite Dangerous", "Star Citizen", "IL-2 BoS" and "IL-2 BoM" supported?
The SimShaker software currently does not provide support for these games, as the interface of the feedback data is not provided by the developers.
We recommend using the Sound Capture Mode with the unsupported game titles.

How much will the delivery cost me?
We offer free standard shipping for all orders within the USA and Canada.
The delivery to other countries has delivery charges that are listed here.
What delivery option is available?
We use FedEx shipping courier to deliver your orders; you'll receive a tracking number once your order leaves our distribution centre for use on the FedEx website.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders placed on the REALTEUS® Online Store are despatched from our warehouse in the Czech Republic. The products which are in stock are regularly dispatched within 48 hours (Monday-Friday excluding CZ public holidays) from the receipt of the order. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
The shipping usually takes about 2-8 days. The estimated times of delivery to all of the European countries are shown here.
Return & Withdrawal
Can I request to cancel or change an already sent order?
An order which has not been received yet by us may be cancelled or changed via telephone or e‑mail. All orders accepted by us are binding. The subsequent cancellation or changes of the order are only possible upon agreement with us. If an order of the goods where it is not possible to withdraw from the contract is cancelled in such a way (for details see Article 7 of ‘Commercial Terms and Conditions’), we shall be entitled to the reimbursement of the costs incurred by us in connection with the contract.
How can I withdraw from the contract?
You can withdraw from the purchase contract as a consumer without giving any reason within 14 days of the takeover of the goods; if a consignment is divided into a few parts then of the day of the takeover of the last delivery.
We recommend you sending the notification of the withdrawal from the purchase contract to our service address together with the goods or via e-mail and to send the goods to our service address immediately afterwards. For withdrawal from the contract, a form template may be used.
What is the method of returning the products back to us?
You shall return the goods to us within 14 days of the withdrawal from the contract to our service address (or to the address of our registered office):

Do not send the goods by cash on delivery; we are not obliged to take them over in such a case.
We recommend you including the following with the returned goods:
- a copy of the delivery note and invoice (if they were issued) or another document proving the purchase of the goods
- a written statement on the withdrawal from the contract (on our form or otherwise) and the chosen method of refund.
When do I get my money refunded?
We shall return all the received money to you within 14 days of the withdrawal from the contract. However, take into account that we are not obliged to return your money sooner than you return the goods to us or than you prove that you have sent the goods to us.
Apart from the purchase price, you shall be entitled to the reimbursement of the costs of delivery of the goods to you. However, if you chose another method of delivery of the goods than the cheapest one which we offer, we shall reimburse the costs of delivery of the goods in the amount corresponding to the cheapest offered method of delivery of the goods.
We shall return the money to you by the same method as we received it (unless you notify us of another method within ten days of the withdrawal from the contract and unless you incur any other costs thereby), or by the method requested by you.
The costs connected with the sending of the returned goods to our address shall be borne by you, even if the goods cannot be returned via ordinary mail due to their nature.
What does your warranty covers?
REALTEUS® products are offered with the warranty under the following conditions:
- REALTEUS® products shall have no defects at the time of their takeover.
- Are of the adequate quantity, size or weight;
- Comply with legal requirements;
- Have the properties which are described by us, or which you can expect with regard to the nature of the products and based on advertising;
What is the warranty period for your products?
The guarantee period for REALTEUS® products ordered on the Realteus Online Store is twenty-four (24) months from the takeover of the products.
What procedure should I follow to request repair under warranty?
In case you have trouble with our product, we recommend you to visit our Support Center first.

Once the warranty claim is approved, your cost of return shipping to us will be refunded to your payment (after sending us a receipt or proof of payment for postage).
What does the warranty does not cover?
Our guarantee is limited and is not applicable to defects or damage caused by:
- Wear and tear of materials caused by their normal use;
- Misuse and incidental damage to any electronic equipment;
- Improper or unauthorized repairs and modifications;
- Product being sold at a lower price, in relation to the defect for which the lower price was agreed;
